E-mail Clients

This guide will help you to set up an e-mail client (Outlook, Apple Mail etc.) to work with your SSE Riga e-mail account. (source)

When you set up the e-mail client you can choose between two account types - Post Office Protocol (POP) and Internet Messaging Access Protocol (IMAP). E-mail client with POP downloads your emails so they can be read offline. POP only offers one-way communication and any action in e-mail client is not done in Gmail or other devices. E-mail client with IMAP connects to the server and any action in e-mail client is done in Gmail and other devices. IMAP is recommended if e-mail is viewed from multiple devices. (source)

Note: before you set up your e-mail client, make sure that you have enabled IMAP or POP for your SSE Riga e-mail account.
